Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. All plans can be cancelled monthly. You only pay for the month in which you cancel. Cancellation is done directly in the web app.
What happens to my data after cancellation?
After contract end, you have 90 days to export your data as a DATEV booking batch, CSV, or PDF. After that, your personal data is deleted, except for data we are legally required to retain (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB), which is locked for the duration of the retention obligation.
How do I change plans?
Upgrades take effect immediately, with the difference prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period; until then, the conditions of the higher plan apply.
What counts as one AI extraction?
Every uploaded receipt processed by the AI counts as one extraction. There is no limit on the number of extractions. Pay-as-you-go and Starter use the higher token tier shown; Advanced and Enterprise process extractions at standard token rates.
How does Pay-as-you-go work exactly?
Pay-as-you-go has no monthly base fee. It includes master data, AI receipt extraction, and direct CSV export of extraction results. This lets you keep your current accounting system and use accuno only for extraction. Whether the target software accepts the export directly or needs mapping depends on its import capabilities. Persistent document storage is optional. The complete accounting workflow, including postings, banking, OPOS, and reports, starts with Starter.
Can I add extra users or storage?
Yes. You can add any number of seats and storage units to every plan. Current unit prices are shown directly below the comparison table.
When are plan and usage billed?
Plan base fees plus booked user and storage add-ons are billed in advance at the start of each billing period. Metered AI tokens and Pay-as-you-go usage are billed in arrears on the next invoice based on actual use.
How much do the accuno plans cost per month?
Current monthly gross prices including applicable VAT are: Pay-as-you-go €0.00, Starter €9.99, Advanced €29.99, and Enterprise €79.99. Metered AI usage and optional add-ons are charged according to the published rates.
