Feature · Sales & Stripe
Invoices and Stripe. Connected to your accounting.
Import issued sales invoices and assign customers and accounts. Once configured, accuno processes supported Stripe transactions automatically and keeps unresolved cases visible for review.
What it does
Import issued sales invoices
Import invoices and credit notes from supported structured sources or CSV. Assign customers, accounts and tax codes, and attach the source document.
Configure Stripe for your accounting
Connect your Stripe account and configure account mappings, fee treatment and optional automatic posting. Import historical periods and track processing status.
Follow payouts to your bank account
Review the movements and fees that make up a Stripe payout. After reconciliation, link the corresponding bank receipt.
Resolve exceptions individually
Missing assignments and historical transactions requiring review remain visible. Add the missing information and continue processing when the case is resolved.
Typical scenarios
Businesses using Stripe
Customers pay through Stripe and a combined payout arrives in your bank account. Review invoices, payment movements and fees together.
Existing invoicing systems
Your invoices already come from another system. Import them for accounting instead of entering the same information again.
Bookkeeping firms
A new client has older Stripe transactions to reconcile. Import the period and work through the flagged exceptions.

Frequently asked questions
Can I write new customer invoices here?
This area processes invoices that have already been issued and their payment data. It is not a general invoice editor. Client billing for bookkeeping firms is a separate Enterprise feature.
Are all Stripe transactions posted automatically immediately?
Automatic posting must be configured explicitly. Supported transactions with complete assignments can then be processed. Unresolved and certain historical cases require review first.
Why reconcile a payout separately?
A payout can contain several movements and fees. Reconciliation establishes the connection before the corresponding bank receipt is linked.
