Organization as the central layer
An organization groups your tenants, owns billing, and provides the central admin view. Every tenant stays independent in its bookkeeping.
Unlimited tenants
Create as many tenants as you need. Each has its own bookkeeping, receipts, bank accounts and reports, all reachable from the same org.
Seat and storage pools
Seats and storage are purchased at the org level and allocated per tenant. Need more for one tenant? Reallocate in a click, no separate order.
One central invoice
The organization is the paying contract party. Optionally, each tenant can carry its own pricing and billing address, useful for recharging costs internally or to your own clients.
Time tracking per tenant
Log work time directly against a tenant and carry it over into that tenant's invoice when needed. Handy for bookkeeping firms that bill by effort.
Three org roles
Owner, admin, and member. Members get a dedicated role per tenant (owner, accountant, tax advisor, viewer, upload), with no blanket access.
Fine-grained permissions
Every action is tied to a permission. Beyond the standard roles, individual permissions can be adjusted per user, with a log for every assignment.
Carve out an individual tenant
When a client becomes independent, the controlled carve-out transfers documents, postings, and master data. The new owner then connects their own billing.
Org ownership transfer
